What is a Tester?

Testers are BRAND NEW and have never been sprayed before. They are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original. Testers contain the same original fragrance.

Testers are made by the manufacturer and sometimes come in a plain box, and sometimes without the fancy cap.

Because there is no decorative packaging, we can purchase these items for less and pass the savings on to you

Flammable until dry. Do not use near fire, flame or heat. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not drink. Keep out of the reach of children.

 

Returns, Damages & Cancellations

100% Genuine Guaranteed: All the products showcased are 100% original brand names. We only carry genuine brand name perfumes, colognes and beauty products. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs.
Returning an item: Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Hair care, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and within 14 days of receipt. We can't accept returns on open or used items. A refund will be issued less any shipping charges. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items due to health reasons. We do not offer exchanges on any item.
Damages: If an item is damaged, it must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Customer hold on to the damaged item & all packaging for 2 weeks. The carrier will contact the customer and/or pick up the package & merchandise. Once the claim is approved, we will reship the damaged items. If the customer wants a refund or a different item, they must return the item at their expense, and we will issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Missing packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier, and reship or refund per your request. If a package is scanned as delivered by a carrier, we are unable to file claims or issue a refund. Be aware it is your responsibility for the package. (Note: You are accepting complete responsibility for the package. We will issue a delivery confirmation number.) If the package is damaged, stolen, or missing, no claims can be made and you will be responsible to place a new order at your cost.
Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us by the carrier for any reason including but not limited to (refusal, undeliverable, unavailable to sign) we will issue a refund for the item’s cost minus a shipping charge (cost charged by carrier to return item)
Cancellation: Since we use an automated order processing system there is a very small window to cancel an order (typically less than 5 minutes) Please reply to the e-mail confirmation immediately and do not wait to contact us during business hours. Request for cancellation will be honored if possible.
